November to December

So, I have put blogging off. Mainly for homework, you know, finals or whatever. But also, life gets crazy when holidays occur. Thanksgiving was a BLAST!!! But more importantly, it is the most wonderful time of the year. The time when everyone is studying until they cry (not so wonderful) then they are ready to do spontaneous things (the wonderful part)! I'm ready for some adventures!!!

(11/17) We went to Fizz 'n Fry.... again. We sort of love it!

(11/18) I made this adorable punch calendar for us to count down until the end of the semester!!

Jake tried to convince Bailey to come to Buffalo Wild Wings with us. It worked. I mean, who wouldn't go after a text like this? Haha

(11/19) Mom and Dad got Dole for me while they were in Hawaii. (lucky.)

(11/20) Friends-giving!! We made and ate our own version of a Thanksgiving dinner at Charity's house! It was delish!

Instead of pie, Bailey made these mini cheesecake cupcakes! They were the best. EVER.

(11/20) We went and saw Mockingjay part1. It was fantastic! They cut it off much sooner than I thought. 

(11/21) Jess and I went on an adventure! We went on the bus and then explored Main Street in Logan. We ate a progressive dinner and walked all the way home from 2nd south! It's like 3 miles.... nbd. It was also freezing!!

We ate milkshakes at the old fashioned bar in the Bluebird. Check it off my Logan bucketlist!

We went to the last home football game of the year! :( It was cold, but not as cold as last week. After the game I hung out with Nik. We had hot chocolate and watched movies. Cool Runnings and Ever After. It was fun! I was there until like 5 am. Yup. We were both sooo tired. 

Then on Saturday, we played in the Institute Turkey Bowl in the freezing wind and rain. It was miserable, but pretty fun.

(11/23) Megan and I facetimed for a while. :)

(11/26) I went home for the break and on Wednesday, I helped put up the lights. Mostly so I could get on the roof. 

Proud to be an Aggie! Oh yeah, Mckenna got engaged today!!!

(11/27) Happy Thankgiving. We helped make the mashed potatoes and stuff. Megan and I in our "no-clothes-under-the-apron" club. Haha But really.

These Idahoan potatoes were MASSIVE!!

Just. Megan. *sigh*

Then Megan and I decided to go Black Friday Shopping. Well, late Thursday night. We went from 10pm-5am and bought 25 movies between the two of us. 

4am glamour shots! Then I went shopping again with mom and dad from 9am-2pm. Living the dream.

(11/30) Jake dressed up for his birthday. :)

(12/1) I was promoting Tyler to get him a date with Taylor Swift. Mostly, it hasn't worked yet, but we'll see! haha Tyler is always my office buddy! May the week of office shifts begin!! Oh yeah, Happy Dead Week!

Bailey, Jessica, and I scheduled our Spring Break a week late... so we had to change our flight. Oops.

(12/3) Basketball vs. BYU!! You can't win them all, The game was fun until the very end. But it was fun catching up with these two!

(12/4) I guess you could say my FIG had a pretty great time at the Flowrider! It was a blast and I did it!!

November 9-16

This has been a crazy week!!

Okay. Story time! 

On Monday, I was walking with Bailey to her institute class. I was going to get tickets for the football game. Anyways. We were walking past the parking terrace and we were walking behind a car that was coming out and I was looking to the side talking to Bailey, when I heard, "Sami, watch out!" I put my arms over my head and sort of ducked. The barrier arm came straight down on my head. It was hilarious!!! Yes, those things really happen to me.

On Monday (10), I decided I was going to cut my hair!! This is right before I got it done!

On Tuesday, we got hot chocolate from Fizz n' Fry! It was super delicious!

Then we made Oreo balls. We made the abominable snowman.

On Thursday, Megan came to visit for the weekend! She toured USU and we had a blast!!

On Friday, we at dinner at the Black Pearl.

Attended the basketball game!! It was crazy and Megan experienced some Spectrum Magic!! It was the most fun game I have ever experienced!

Aaaand it was the first real snow fall in Logan! So much snow!

So we decided to go sledding! 

There were soo many people there and it was a blast!
